How long are shipping times due to COVID-19?
Shipping for US orders will take 7-14+ days - Due to high volume of orders and COVID-19 Until further notice, please check our website for further updates.
For International Orders, it depends on your location. Our average delivery time for international orders are 7-20+ days (It could be more or less depending on how your country is handling the COVID-19 pandemic)
When will I receive my order?
This is a question we frequently get asked, you will receive your order within 7-14 days of placing the order. You can also track your order here. Please also note, customers are responsible for any customs and tax charges for their order.
All our orders are subject to custom charges, depending on the country you are shipping them to. We recommend you check your countries policy on this before placing the order. Usually, a note will be posted through your door advising you of this charge, and your item will not be delivered or be available for collection until this charge has been paid. We are not liable to refund any custom charges.
Something is missing from my order
While we take utmost care in putting your order together, very rarely an item may get left out from the order. If this happens, please just reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can sort this out for you. Please send us a photo of what your received for verification purposes.
Amendments and Cancellations
We understand that you may sometimes forget something or change your mind after placing the order. In this case, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to make sure the changes can be accommodated.
